MAN Realty is not professionally managed. the project has been halted by MAN Realty for more than 2 years. All contacts are blocked. No one is replying to call and email reply.

The best thing about the project OPA is that it has ultra-modern amenities like Gymnasium, Children's Play Area, Yoga Area, Landscape Garden, Car Parking, etc.

2bhk 559sq ft was quoted at 1.3cr excluding parking, while I agree he is a premium builder I feel it's too expensive

Located on GB road.. Touched to service road... Good location.. However project is Long pending.. Work in progress... But still need to look out for actual possession time

Arrogant sales staff. I had bad experience yeatsrday. They invite you for deal and then insult you. I will not recommend anyone to visit there unless you want to get humiliated yourself.

Overall good but with amenities will be ready in 2023, single 1 tower Wil b ready in 2021 and rest in 2023 so til then 2 towers Wil come the other one will look dull

Sales person don't have manners, they committee and then they don't stick to the words, its all fake, they say one thing and then keep on changing the terms and conditions, never deal with them. Worst project in thane.
