The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical domain, with expertise in designing and executing patient-centric programs, leveraging data to drive business growth, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, pharma project management, and a fundamental understanding of digital health solutions. Key Responsibilities · Develop and lead strategic initiatives for patient support programs across various therapeutic areas, with a focus on delivering innovative, patient-centric solutions. · Design and execute data-driven healthcare strategies to enhance patient engagement, adherence, and access, using analytics to measure program impact and inform continuous refinements. · Manage and optimize vendor partnerships and project execution to improve operational efficiency and achieve key business objectives. · Orchestrate cross-functional collaborations with Medical, Market Access, Advocacy, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of patient support initiatives. · Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and scaling operations. · Lead digital transformation projects, overseeing the development and implementation of technology-based solutions for patient onboarding, adherence tracking, and HCP engagement. · Ensure regulatory and quality compliance for all patient programs and business operations, staying up-to-date on industry best practices. · Spearhead team management and development, fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing service delivery. Qualifications · A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology is required. · A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, digital health, or diagnostics industry. · Proven expertise in project management and team leadership. · Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, including market access, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance. · Demonstrated experience in business development and scaling operations. · Basic understanding of software development and experience working on digital health or mobile platform projects. · Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
