The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer quiries, and promoting products/services while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Maintain a positive relationship with customers by resolving their concerns promptly. Update customer information in the database accurately. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader. Follow up with customers for feedback or additional inquiries. Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above. Strong communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages]. Good interpersonal skills and a confident approach. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office MS Word xl Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
