Manager / Senior Manager - Project

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Assystem, you will exercise the authority specified in the Contract, with knowledge of FIDIC or NEC being a plus. PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are also advantageous. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and completion of projects in compliance with contractual requirements. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with relevant Business sector Heads, managing scope of works, defining planning and milestones, identifying risks and opportunities, setting up reporting tools and Key Project Indicators, managing project procurement, ensuring documentation control, and coordinating project interfaces efficiently. You will report to the Tender & Project Director and may need to travel to other places in India for business trips. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsible for successful project execution and completion - Coordinate with relevant Business sector Head - Secure scope of works and manage any changes or variations - Define planning, milestones, and critical path - Identify and manage risks and opportunities - Set up reporting tools and Key Project Indicators - Define quality processes and ensure their good application - Manage project communication internally and externally - Secure documentation control with appropriate software - Define and control configuration management methods, processes, and tools - Keep workload plan updated, review forecast, and implement cost control process - Coordinate and manage project interfaces efficiently Qualifications: - BE./ B.Tech with 12-18 years of experience Additional Information: The Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple projects, including scope management, planning, quality, costs, risks, progress of works, and managing project team. The Project Manager is the main point of contact for the client on technical and general management matters, delegates authority for design delivery to the Technical Manager, and supports the Project Director on contractual matters.
