Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our client base in the construction and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on B2B leads for interior and construction projects Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets Identify and approach potential clients including architects, builders, and corporate firms Manage client relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver proposals and presentations Conduct site visits and client meetings as required Support digital and offline marketing campaigns for brand awareness Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 3–6 years of sales/marketing experience in the construction or interior design industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic knowledge of digital marketing Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits Preferred Skills: Prior experience in project-based sales (interiors, civil, MEP) Understanding of architectural drawings and project execution cycle To Apply: Please send your resume to senseprojects772@gmail.com or apply via Indeed.
