Age : 35yrs - 45 yrs Preferable : Male Employment Type : Full-time Requirement : Person who has experience across Maharashtra and other regions, travelling history and good relations with Doctors, Healthcare departments, Laboratories, Government bodies etc. throughout PAN India. The BDM for Rapid Test Kits is responsible for driving the growth of the company's rapid test kits business through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales strategies. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the market presence of the company's rapid test kits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis and Research: · Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the rapid test kits industry. · Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor products and services accordingly. 2. Strategic Planning: · Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. 3. Relationship Building: · Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders. · Collaborate with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and industry partners to enhance the company's market position. 4. Sales and Revenue Generation: · Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets for rapid test kits. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. 5. Customer Engagement: · Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Gather feedback from customers and use it to improve products and services. 6. Training and Education: · Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders on the features and benefits of rapid test kits. · Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide accurate and valuable information. 7. Regulatory Compliance: · Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure that the company's rapid test kits meet all applicable standards. · Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary approvals. 8. Reporting and Analysis: · Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. · Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business development strategy. Qualifications and Skills: Outgoing Personality, Well Spoken, Excellent English communications, convincing & negotiation skills, Computer knowledge, Email drafting , and also interpersonal skills. Proven experience in Business development, Sales & Marketing etc only from the Medical or Healthcare Sector. Proven contacts with Doctors, Healthcare professionals in the relevant departments, Having good contacts with distributors etc... Strong understanding of Diagnostic Rapid test kits, Hearing Aids, Thermotool etc mainly and also other products. Ability to work independently and appoint new Distributors if required to boost the product sales in their given territory. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
