Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RFID Manager to lead the design, implementation, deployment, and management of RFID-based solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RFID technologies, hardware integration, system architecture, project execution, and vendor management.
The candidate will be responsible for driving RFID initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise applications, and delivering scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency, asset tracking, inventory visibility, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFID solution design, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Manage RFID infrastructure, including RFID readers, antennas, tags, printers, handheld devices, and middleware.
- Define RFID architecture, technical specifications, and deployment strategies based on business requirements.
- Oversee RFID system integration with ERP, WMS, MES, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage RFID implementation projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, operations, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure optimal RFID read performance, accuracy, coverage, and system reliability.
- Manage RFID testing, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Evaluate new RFID technologies, industry trends, and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology partners, procurement, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with RFID standards, security policies, and organizational guidelines.
- Lead and mentor the RFID technical team and provide technical guidance.
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with RFID technologies (UHF, HF, LF).
- Knowledge of EPC Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C standards.
- Experience with RFID readers, antennas, tags, handheld scanners, and RFID printers.
- Expertise in RFID middleware, device management, and data integration.
- Experience integrating RFID solutions with ERP, WMS, MES, and SAP systems.
- Understanding of RFID protocols, reader configurations, tag encoding, and data processing.
- Knowledge of IoT, barcode technology, sensor integration, and automation solutions.
- Exposure to APIs, databases, SQL, and enterprise application integration.
- Understanding of RFID deployment in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or supply chain environments.

- Proven experience managing enterprise-level RFID deployments.
- Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
