Manager - New Product Development In Cosmetic brand Only

### About the Role

Panav Biotech is looking for an experienced *Marketing & Product Launch Manager* who can take complete responsibility for launching and establishing our *new cosmetics and skincare products in the market*.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *new product launches, brand building, market development, product positioning, consumer marketing, and online & offline marketing, preferably within the **Cosmetics / Beauty / Skincare industry*.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a complete *Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy* for new products.

* Plan and manage the complete *new product launch process*, from pre-launch to post-launch.

* Conduct *market research, competitor analysis, consumer research, and market opportunity assessment*.

* Develop *product positioning, brand communication, marketing strategy, and launch plans*.

* Create strategies to build *product awareness, consumer interest, and market demand*.

* Plan and execute *online marketing campaigns* through social media, Google, Meta, YouTube, influencers, and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and execute *offline marketing activities*, including retail activation, product sampling, events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and market activations.

* Develop and manage *influencer and celebrity marketing campaigns* where relevant.

* Coordinate with sales, creative, product development, and other internal teams for successful product launches.

* Develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials to support product introduction and market penetration.

* Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity, product performance, and market response.

* Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and promotional channels.

* Track campaign performance and marketing ROI.

* Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.

* Continuously develop strategies to strengthen *brand presence and product visibility in the market*.

### Required Experience & Skills

* *8–12 years of relevant experience* in Marketing, Brand Management, Product Marketing, or New Product Launch.

* Strong preference for candidates from the *Cosmetics / Beauty / Skincare industry*.

* Proven experience in *launching new products or brands in the market*.

* Strong understanding of *consumer behaviour, product positioning, branding, and market development*.

* Hands-on experience in *both Online & Offline Marketing*.

* Strong knowledge of *brand promotion, advertising, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and consumer activation*.

* Ability to independently develop and execute *product launch strategies*.

* Strong market research, analytical, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.

* Ability to work closely with multiple teams and drive the launch from *planning to market establishment*.

### Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates who have worked with *Cosmetics / Beauty / Skincare brands* such as *Minimalist, Dot & Key, The Derma Co, Foxtale, Aqualogica, Lakmé, Sugar, Colorbar, Pilgrim, MyGlamm, Bombay Shaving Company, WOW Skin Science, MCaffeine, Lotus Herbals*, or similar brands will be preferred.

### Important Requirement

We are specifically looking for a candidate who has *actual hands-on experience in launching new products/brands in the market*.

The candidate should understand *how to take a new product from the launch stage to market awareness, consumer acceptance, and sales generation through effective online and offline marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
