Manager - Marketing & Operations

We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day client operations and make sure work gets done smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

You’ll be the central point of coordination between clients, the internal team, freelancers and vendors.

What you’ll handle

• Manage ongoing client projects and deliverables
• Assign and track tasks across the team
• Follow up with designers, editors, developers and freelancers
• Coordinate content calendars, shoots, campaigns and other marketing activities
• Communicate with clients regularly and keep them updated
• Track approvals, feedback and deadlines
• Identify delays or issues before they become client problems
• Ensure everything promised to the client gets delivered
• Maintain a clear task/project management system

You don't need to be an expert in every marketing service. You need to be great at making sure the right people get the right work done at the right time.

Ideal experience

1–4 years in digital marketing, client servicing, project management, account management or agency operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
