Manager / Sr. Manager Marketing

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in banking or NBFC marketing to drive impactful campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and execute effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing and visibility campaigns.
• Develop engaging content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage marketing agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of total work experience.
• At least

  3 years of experience in the marketing department of a bank

  or NBFC.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing, branding, and communication.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the Indian banking and fintech landscape is essential.
