Manager, KAM Bangalore

As a Manager KAM, You will help leading OEM customers unlock growth customers unlock growth, efficiency, and sustainability through Danfoss Drives solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will shape long-term partnerships, expand strategic accounts, and drive meaningful business outcomes across the Bengaluru market.

By combining commercial expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs, you will influence revenue growth, strengthen customer loyalty, and create lasting value for both customers and Danfoss.

Working closely with product management, application engineering, and sales leaders, you will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting the sustainable transformation enabled by Danfoss technologies

• Drive sales growth across strategic OEM and key accounts, delivering revenue, margin, and business growth objectives within your territory.
• Develop and execute account strategies and business plans that build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and customer expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships and increasing long-term customer value.
• Lead customer reviews and cross-functional collaboration to enhance fulfillment, application support, product quality, and overall customer experience.
• Manage opportunities effectively through CRM tools, track performance, and exceed sales and pipeline targets.

• Proven experience in direct sales, business development, or key account management within the electrical, electronics, industrial automation, or related industries.
• Strong track record of developing customer-focused sales strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Ability to create account plans, deliver customer presentations, conduct product or solution discussions, and manage commercial proposals.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across customer and partner organizations.
• Engineering background with the ability to understand customer applications and engage confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders.
