Manager, IT & AI Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT & AI Analytics team, providing technical direction, mentoring and guidance.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable, secure web applications and dashboards for pharmaceutical clients.
• Drive full-stack development using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python and Node.js.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing and solution delivery.
• Oversee cloud deployment, application security, CI/CD pipelines and production support.
• Collaborate with international teams, consultants and clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Establish best practices for software development, quality assurance, data protection and technical documentation.
• Oversee internal IT operations and support continuous improvement of the organisation's technology infrastructure.
