Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects of up to

  $15M

  across SaaS, Software, Cloud, Telecom and IT Services.
• Develop sourcing strategies covering supplier segmentation, RFx, TCO/cost modelling, negotiation strategy and award recommendations.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and cost modelling to identify savings and value opportunities.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and multi-year commercial agreements.
• Own sourcing project delivery against business priorities and KPIs.

Procurement Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, sourcing thresholds and governance frameworks.
• Manage sourcing activities through platforms such as

  SAP Ariba and ServiceNow

• Ensure compliance across SOW, CR, PR and SR processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Audit and other functions to mitigate procurement risk and maintain audit readiness.

Supplier & Contract Management

• Lead supplier evaluation, selection, onboarding and performance management.
• Drive supplier consolidation, cost optimization and long-term value creation.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including negotiation, renewals and validation.
• Establish supplier governance through

  KPIs, scorecards and QBRs

Value Creation & Transformation

• Identify opportunities for demand optimization, supplier rationalization and process improvement.
• Leverage

  AI-enabled sourcing, automation, analytics and digital procurement tools

• Develop reusable sourcing frameworks, templates and best practices.
• Support procurement transformation and maturity initiatives within the GCC.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with global Category Managers, Finance, Legal, IT Directors/VPs and business stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape sourcing strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.

Mentoring

• Act as a senior subject-matter expert and mentor within the procurement/buying team.
• Support complex sourcing events, negotiations and problem-solving.
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability development.
