Manager-Fund Raiser

Position: Head – Fund Raising
Location: Pune (Head Office)
Reporting To: Chairman

CTC: Upto 20 LPA
Travel: Pan-India, as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the overall fundraising strategy for the organization.
• Lead fundraising teams across CSR, Individual Giving, and Institutional Funding verticals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CSR leaders, HNIs, philanthropists, trusts, foundations, and donor networks.
• Secure funding through CSR grants, individual donations, crowdfunding, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop annual fundraising plans, budgets, targets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure effective proposal development, donor reporting, compliance, and impact communication.
• Represent the organization at donor meetings, conferences, and networking forums.

Desired Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in Fund Raising, CSR Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, Business Development, or Donor Relations.- Proven track record of raising funds from corporates, foundations, and individual donors.- Strong networking, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Passion for social impact, education, and nation-building.
