Candidate Profile: Candidates should have prior experience in hub operations, dispatching, vehicle onboarding, Vendor management, and client engagement for company profiling services; converting leads will be an added advantage.

The operations team owns the execution of daily operations and ensures we deliver the consignments to the customers in a timely fashion. You will manage resources like infrastructure and labor, and also plan the daily operations in terms of receiving/ order building/ dispatching that help run a seamless supply chain system at our Client SCS

I. Role and Responsibilities:

a) Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.

b) Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations.

c) Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.

d) Customer rapport and network, and needs to handle Key accounts.

e) Overseeing staff recruitment, training, leading, and employee development.

f) Works with freight and transportation companies to get routes and rates.

g) Needs to be driven, growth-oriented, and accountable. Should have high-level vision along with the capability to get into individual execution details.

II. Skills Required :

a) Team Management/ People management skills @ Hub level

b) Vehicle placement / Vendor searching from the local market.

III. Compensation & benefits :

a) Salary 46,000 – 72,000/- per month ( depends upon the levels)
