This is a client-facing opportunity where the selected candidate will be employed on the payroll of TRC Corporate Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and will work with our client on finance transformation and digital process excellence initiatives.

Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Transformation professional for our client in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reconciliations, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation, process automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Review and optimise AP, AR, invoice processing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, milestones, and delivery.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance reports.
• Develop and standardise SOPs, workflows, and process controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business, and Technology stakeholders.
• Drive process excellence and ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.

Required Skills

• 56 years of experience in Finance Transformation / Process Excellence / Business Process Management.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reconciliations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, and automation tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA Finance.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on finance professional with a combination of financial knowledge, digital exposure, process improvement capabilities, and project management experience.
