Manager Finance

Role Overview: As a Manager Finance, you will be a Qualified CA with 7+ years of post-qualification experience. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will also manage compliance with R2R accounting standards across the group and identify gaps in finance processes to mitigate potential reporting issues. Additionally, you will lead and support the team, prepare and review balance sheet analyses, and support the Corporate function in the consolidation and reporting of BU/Division financial results. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze information from the general ledger and other accounting records - Manage compliance with R2R accounting standards - Identify gaps in finance processes and mitigate potential reporting issues - Lead and support the team to achieve established goals and KPIs - Prepare and review balance sheet analyses and reconciliations - Support Corporate function in the consolidation and reporting of BU/Division financial results - Fix any issues with SAP by working with the FICO (IT) team - Perform general accounting tasks and participate in month-end close activities - Generate month-end reports, prepare entity-level management accounts, and obtain variance commentary from business units - Support group financial report preparation - Advise on effective project structuring for management reporting optimization - Address audit enquiries and investigations - Conduct fixed asset processing for reporting and capital expenditure management - Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, business staff, and management - Demonstrate proactivity in issue resolution and contribute ideas for continuous improvement - Participate in training activities and ongoing professional development - Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations - Complete regulatory submissions and act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA with 7+ years of post-qualification experience Additional Information: - Work Setup: Remote with traveling to Mumbai office on a need basis Skills Required: - CONTROLLERSHIP - R2R - UK GAAP Please Note: This job opportunity requires a strong background in finance, specifically in areas such as compliance, reporting, and team leadership.
