Job Opening: Manager Finance/Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounting team and daily finance operations.
• Oversee AP, GL, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure timely monthly book closure and financial reporting.
• Handle audits, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, KPI metrics, and variance analysis.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2 -3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred; knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Shift Timings: Flexible shifts based on business requirements:

• 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Regular)

• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
