About the Role

RYSEN Leadership & Consulting is looking for a proactive, organised and client-focused professional who can independently manage the end-to-end coordination and execution of leadership development and corporate learning programmes.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently with clients, anticipates challenges and ensures seamless programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on programme execution and coordination.
• Communicate professionally with senior HR leaders, business stakeholders and client teams.
• Manage client expectations, follow-ups, timelines and deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, reliability and proactive communication.

2. Project Management & Execution

• Independently manage multiple leadership development and training projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers and checklists.
• Coordinate workshops, coaching engagements, assessments and learning journeys.
• Monitor milestones, identify potential delays and ensure timely execution.
• Take ownership of projects from confirmation through successful closure.

3. Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate schedules with clients, facilitators, coaches and internal teams.
• Manage participant communication, invitations, calendar bookings and logistics.
• Coordinate programme materials, virtual platforms, attendance and feedback.
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project trackers, programme calendars and status reports.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, client updates and programme reports.
• Use Excel to manage project data, schedules, attendance and reporting.
• Use Canva to create or adapt professional programme communication materials.
• Maintain organised documentation and ensure timely client reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Canva.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Background

Experience in corporate training, L&D consulting, executive education, professional services or client-facing project management would be an advantage.
