Manager - Business Analyst

Drive business performance, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence across the hotel portfolio through financial analysis, performance management, forecasting, investment evaluation, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with senior leadership, hotel operations teams, finance, revenue management, and development stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support revenue growth, profitability enhancement, and long-term business objectives.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business functions such as Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Purchase, Finance, Operations, and HR to understand their data and analytics needs.

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

2. Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

• Conduct in-depth requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.

• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), clearly outlining the impact of proposed solutions in terms of cost, revenue, or time savings.

3. Collaboration with Development Teams:

• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for developers.

• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.

4. Solution Testing & Deployment:

• Validate the outputs generated by developers to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Coordinate testing, rollout, and adoption of these solutions.

5. Training & Adoption:

• Conduct training sessions for business users to facilitate seamless adoption of new tools and systems.

• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders in leveraging Data Analytics, Dashboards & AI solutions effectively.

6. Performance Measurement:

• Track the performance and impact of solutions post-implementation.

• Provide regular feedback and suggest iterative improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience in business analysis, preferably in data analytics or AI-focused roles. Exposure to the hospitality industry or service sector is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Purchase, Finance, Operations, and HR.

2 - 4 Years of Experience

Strong command of written amd spoken English.
