Manager BD & Marketing– (Civil & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing and business development plans for the Civil & Infrastructure sector.
• Identify, approach, and establish business relationships, infrastructure developers, civil construction companies, industrial clients.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, client meetings, industry references, and project tracking.
• Identify upcoming infrastructure projects, tender opportunities, and potential business prospects to strengthen the company's regional presence.
• Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to proposal coordination, commercial negotiations, and order closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project execution teams to prepare client proposals and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor sales pipelines, maintain business development reports, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, with MBA Marketing.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development within the Civil & Infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of civil construction, infrastructure projects, and industry-specific business requirements.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, commercial negotiations, and business development.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
