Hiring for a Manager/ Assistant Manager- US Mortagage The Incumbent will support daily operations by mentoring team members, ensuring productivity and quality targets, and driving adherence to processes and compliance. This role also acts as a key communication link and escalation point for client satisfaction and operational issues. Job Location - Bangalore Work from Office opportunity Key Responsibilities: Guide and coach Unit Managers and Team Leads to meet performance and quality goals. Oversee daily team operations, provide regular feedback, and manage performance. Maintain strong client relationships, manage SLAs, and ensure staffing efficiency. Drive process improvements, generate insights through reporting and data analysis. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements. Support financial planning, including payroll, invoicing, and budgeting. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of U.S. mortgage origination experience (processing & initial underwriting). Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role - Atleast for 3 to 6 Years. Proficiency in FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and automated underwriting tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to multitask, manage teams, and deliver results under pressure.
