Description
Role Design, build, and maintain the Approval Management System on PowerApps to support efficient asset governance and decision-making. Develop and manage dashboards on Power BI or Tableau, delivering actionable insights to regional and global teams. Drive key operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination across regions and adherence to best practices. Act as a key point of contact for regional teams, providing training, guidance, and system support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sponsorship, Marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. Analyze system usage and sponsorship performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide reporting and insights for senior-level stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to optimize sponsorship investments. Maintain a strong understanding of asset governance and global sponsorship strategies, ensuring systems and analytics are aligned with organizational goals. All About You The ideal candidate for this position should have: Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Proven experience in designing and maintaining systems using PowerApps. Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and align with organizational priorities. Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms (a plus but strongly preferred). Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Experience working with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of sponsorship and marketing strategies is a plus. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
