Manager - Academic Operations

We are looking for a Manager - Operations to lead and scale student operations across university partnerships, driving seamless processes from onboarding to programme progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead student lifecycle & programme operations
• Drive onboarding, student support & SLAs
• Monitor MIS, dashboards & operational performance
• Build SOPs and scalable processes
• Coordinate with Universities, Academics & Technology
• Drive issue resolution and operational excellence

Looking For:

✔ 6–10 years in Education / EdTech / Operations
✔ Strong process & execution skills✔ Experience in student-facing operations at scale✔ Strong MIS, SLA & stakeholder management skills✔ University / Online Education experience preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
