Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Management Intern to work directly with senior management and assist with business communications, meetings, coordination, documentation, and individual business assignments.

This role offers practical exposure to business operations, management decision-making, strategic initiatives, and coordination across different business verticals. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, communicating professionally, and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Management Support: Assist senior management with day-to-day business activities, priorities, assignments, and follow-ups.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
• Business Communication: Draft and manage professional emails, letters, internal communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up messages.
• Task & Project Management: Track assigned tasks, deadlines, pending activities, and deliverables across teams and business verticals.
• Individual Assignments: Handle specific research, documentation, planning, and execution tasks assigned directly by senior management.
• Business Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, information gathering, and basic data analysis to support business decisions.
• Reports & Presentations: Prepare business reports, Excel trackers, presentations, proposals, and management updates.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, technology, and operations teams to collect information and ensure timely execution.
• Documentation: Organize business records, maintain digital files, and ensure important information is accurately documented.
• Special Projects: Assist with new business initiatives, process improvement, strategic planning, and other management-led projects.

Eligibility & Skills

• Students or graduates pursuing BBA, BMS, MBA, B.Com, or related courses may apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare professional emails, documents, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to handle confidential business information professionally.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools for research, documentation, and task management.
