We are looking for a warm, patient, and nurturing Daycare Educator who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands the importance of routines, emotional safety, and responsive care. This role focuses on care, comfort, and early developmental support for young children in a safe and loving environment. Key Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care to children in the daycare age group Support children with daily routines such as meals, nap time, hygiene, and transitions Ensure a safe, clean, and calm environment at all times Engage children in age-appropriate play, songs, stories, and sensory activities Observe children’s emotional and physical needs and respond sensitively Communicate openly with parents and the teaching team regarding children’s well-being Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and Manabi’s care protocols Support potty training and self-help skills where applicable Qualifications Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred Genuine love for working with young children Calm, patient, and emotionally responsive nature Excellent English communication skills Ability to follow routines and safety guidelines consistently Certification in early childhood care (preferred but not mandatory) Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys hands-on caregiving Values emotional connection and routine Understands that care is the foundation of learning Wants to grow within a boutique early learning environment
