My visit to the emergency department on November 17th was disappointing. The patient I accompanied had bruises, but we faced a delay of over 30 minutes in receiving care. We reached at 8:00 Am. The wound was cleaned at 8:40 Am. The response from the staff was slow, possibly due to a shift change. Overall, it was a negative experience.

Very bad experience . staff is very bad . not at all helping. We have to wait a lot of time to get a medicine from pharmacy. There are more staffs but they are not helpful .
