Job Title: Store Manager Location: Makin’s Supermart, Dehradun Job Type: Full-time Job Overview Makin’s Supermart is seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in retail or supermarket management. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning Manage and supervise store staff including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor sales performance, targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, merchandising, and wastage control Ensure proper visual merchandising and product placement Maintain billing counters, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory norms Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports for management Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Retail Management / Any discipline 3–7 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retail or supermarket Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Good understanding of inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs Ability to work in shifts and handle high customer footfall Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach Preferred Candidate Experience in supermarket / FMCG / retail chain Strong local market knowledge of Dehradun Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and festive seasons Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000-22,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Growth and promotion opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,078.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
