Maintenance Electrician

You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as assisting with building renovation work. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom, etc. - Assisting with the installation of new wiring, lights, fans, TV, etc. during building renovation work - Previous experience in AC service will be considered a plus - Supporting maintenance/repair of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes, etc. - Assisting with the installation of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes, etc. during building renovation work - Supporting building renovation work that may involve minor civil work such as wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying - Preference will be given to maintenance technicians capable of performing both electrical and plumbing tasks Additionally, you should be willing to work flexible hours, with standard working hours from 9AM to 8PM. In case of emergencies, you must be prepared to work night shifts from 6PM to 9AM.
