It's a consultancy . They gonna refer you for a good company . But the pay mode is from the consultancy. They won't provide us a proper salary . Please don't spoil your career . And a poor response from the employees . And a fake assurance which they provide. It's my own experience.

I highly recommend to join Maintec, I worked with IBM on payroll of Maintec. Good support from HR and account team. Salary also paid on time. And also got good support from Pune and Banglore branch at time of joining.

Maintec provided the training for 1 month and after that they scheduled my interview with Hcl and I got selected so thanks to maintec for helping me getting placed. I must say the training covered all the topic and helped to crack the interview.

Good work environment and culture. teammetes are supportive and manegement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and bonus every Quarter R &R .

It's a training institute for freshers. If you go there.. first they will criticize candidate skills. And will ask to join for 1week training. They won't give any job guarantee. Candidate s becareful like these type of institutions
