Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js / Next.js on the frontend. Build robust, scalable backend services using Spring Boot . Design and manage relational databases using MySQL . Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver high-quality features. Ensure clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment. Integrate APIs and third-party services as required. Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness. Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of React.js or Next.js Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs Hands-on experience with MySQL (queries, schema design, joins, etc.) Good understanding of version control tools like Git Knowledge of microservices architecture (added advantage) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Qualifications Candidates from an IT academic background only Candidates who have completed a Java Full Stack Development Certification Internship or project experience in full stack development will be an added advantage
