Coordinate clearly and promptly with drivers, warehouse staff, management, and customers. Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring goods are placed correctly and securely. Verify shipping documents, tally goods against invoices, and maintain accurate loading records. Ensure safety protocols during loading/unloading operations and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth cargo movement. Assist in counting, labelling, and cross-checking goods to prevent shortages or damages. Provide daily MIS to customers and timely update in-house applications. Provide daily reports on loading activities, discrepancies, and operational challenges to supervisors. Handle consignments carefully to maintain client satisfaction and reduce claims. Work under pressure and meet strict placement deadlines.
