Job Summary:' We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound/inbound calls to customers or clients to promote products/services, handle queries, resolve issues, or collect feedback/payments, depending on the business function. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their needs or queries. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions. Record details of interactions and update customer information in the database. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, conversions, or collections. Handle customer complaints or objections with patience and problem-solving ability. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments when needed.
