Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Bouncer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff at establishments such as clubs, bars, and events. Daily tasks include monitoring entry and exit points, managing crowd control, verifying identifications, handling disruptive individuals, and coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary. The Bouncer will also ensure adherence to establishment policies and provide excellent customer service to create a safe and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience Expertise in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security Ability to handle conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively Excellent physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods Previous experience in a security role is beneficial Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Good communication skills in English and local languages
