We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and maintain our order operations while enhancing customer engagement. This role involves updating and tracking order details, coordinating with courier partners, keeping customers informed, maintaining product catalogues, and supporting marketing activities across social media and our website. Order Management & Customer Updates Maintain and update customer order details accurately. Inform customers about their order status and provide timely updates. Monitor tracking details regularly and escalate discrepancies to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to resolve delivery issues or delays. Place orders with relevant stakeholders/vendors when required. Catalogue & Website Management Add, remove, and update products in the catalogue. Regularly update website content, product details, and features. Customer Engagement & Marketing Create and schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook to drive customer engagement. Support digital campaigns to improve brand visibility and customer loyalty. Requirements Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Good coordination and follow-up abilities with customers and courier partners. Basic knowledge of order management systems and e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for business use. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or order management.
