Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management: • Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Etsy, GEM, and other relevant marketplaces. • Monitor product inventory, pricing, and performance across platforms. • Coordinate order processing, returns, and customer queries. • Track and analyze sales reports and performance metrics. • Ensure product listings meet platform compliance and quality standards. E-commerce Backend Support: • Assist in catalog management, product categorization, and listing audits. • Upload and maintain product images and descriptions as per branding guidelines. • Generate basic data reports for management review. Office & Documentation Work: • Maintain records of orders, shipments, returns, and invoices. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for e-commerce operations. • Prepare and manage office documentation like vendor forms, quotations, and compliance paperwork.Support the admin team in maintaining organized digital and physical records. Required Skills: • Prior experience with Amazon, Etsy, GEM or similar platforms is preferred. • Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Word and email correspondence. • Good written and verbal communication skills(Hindi and English Both ). • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Freshers may apply internship will be provided
