Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager Operations to architect and lead our end-to-end operations with strategic finesse and executional excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for harmonizing cross-functional workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering operational supremacy across our supply chain and domestic distribution networks. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operations Leadership Design and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Lead multi-location logistics, customs-compliant warehousing, and supply chain operations. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight : Ensure seamless adherence to Customs Department regulations and government licensing. Oversee documentation and compliance in alignment with excise, VAT, and GST norms. Cross-functional Orchestration: Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and HR to ensure end-to-end alignment. Optimize inventory management, order fulfilment, and vendor relationships. Quality & Performance Excellence: Establish KPIs and SOPs to elevate service quality, cost control, and delivery accuracy. Leverage data-driven insights to drive process improvement and operational innovation. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of operations professionals with clarity and empathy. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, efficiency, and growth. Preferred Profile: 5+ years of proven leadership in operations or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG, liquor, or duty-free trading sectors). Strong understanding of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and bonded warehouse operations. Advanced proficiency in ERP/Tally systems, logistics software, and MS Excel. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
