What You will Do Own the entire accounting cycle: ledgers, month-end/year-end closes, financial statements, and reporting. • Manage cash-flow, trade-finance, payables/receivables working-capital optimisation, preparation and finalisation of the companys Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, customs and international trade finance regulations. What Were Looking For 5-10 years of hands-on experience in accounting & finance, preferably in trading/import or manufacturing. • Strong technical skills: Tally (you use it), advanced Excel, reconciliation, financial modelling. Deepjyoti India Foundation - Subsidiary Company of Magpie Global Limited Program Manager Health & Community Interventions (Faridabad) (Health Background + Social Work Experience) Role Overview The Program Manager will lead, coordinate and scale Deepjyoti India Foundations health-focused community initiatives in Faridabad ranging from medical camps, school-college health awareness sessions, emotional-resilience programs, referral networks, and collaborations with government bodies and hospitals. This role requires strong knowledge of public health, community mobilisation, and social-work practices, along with excellent stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly health camps and awareness sessions. Coordinate with doctors, officials, partners, and field teams. Build partnerships with hospitals, PHCs/CHCs, NGOs, and government bodies. Lead and supervise field teams, volunteers, and facilitators while conducting trainings and managing briefing/debriefing sessions for all programme activities. Maintain trackers, collect data, and prepare donor/partner reports. Manage budgets, logistics, and resource requirements. Handle referrals and follow-up for medical and mental health cases. Monitor programme progress, maintain data and documentation, and prepare impact reports for donors, partners, and internal teams while ensuring quality control. Lead community engagement by mobilising groups, conducting awareness drives in slums and schools, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for youth and women. Experience 5+ years in healthcare programs, community outreach, NGOs or public health projects. Experience in running camps, coordinating with hospitals, or working in slum communities. Knowledge of first-aid, basic life-saving skills (or willingness to learn quickly).
