Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tutor position located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing educational materials, and guiding students in their preparation for competitive exams. The role involves evaluating student progress, providing personalized feedback, and assisting with test preparation, including mock tests and current affairs discussions. Collaboration with the academic team to ensure effective and structured teaching based on the latest exam patterns is also essential. Qualifications Strong teaching and mentoring skills with expertise in academic coaching and classroom management Proficiency in subject matter areas such as UPSC, KPSC/KAS, Banking, SSC, TNPSC, and related competitive exams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to create and adapt instructional materials to match evolving exam patterns and individual student needs Organizational skills for planning lessons, evaluating performance, and tracking academic progress Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject; prior teaching or coaching experience is advantageous Passion for education, a commitment to student success, and the ability to inspire learners
