Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Integrate insights into campaign planning, targeting, and customer engagement. Enhance personalization across digital channels and predictive analytics. Manage paid campaigns with a focus on optimization for bidding, targeting, and conversion improvements. Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization Implement Automated personalization for customer journeys across websites, ads, and email campaigns. Deploy and manage conversational AI/chatbots to support lead generation and customer interactions. Automate workflows and customer journeys using latest technology enhanced marketing automation systems. Monitor, analyse, and report performance to identify trends and opportunities. Stay updated on emerging trends and applications in digital marketing to drive continuous innovation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of work experience to diagnose and solve problems independently, apply business understanding to marketing campaigns. Must have exposure to tools like Semrush, AHREFs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital campaign management. Knowledge of data-driven marketing, predictive analytics, and customer journey personalization. Experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action. Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide & road map the content team from the front. Ability to translate data and campaign reports into actionable business insights; excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines . Certification: Certifications like Google analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint , etc. Preferred Skills: Understanding of machine learning concepts applied to marketing (e.g., churn prediction, recommendation systems). Familiarity with Generative AI for campaign design & optimization techniques. Ability to work collaboratively across creative, technical, and business teams. Having familiarity with emerging AI driven marketing tools is a plus.
