Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced IT sales professional to join MagicoSoft FZ-LLC on a part-time basis, working from home with flexible timings. As a commission-based sales representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building strong relationships with clients. Your experience in web and marketing agencies will be a significant advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Conduct virtual meetings with clients in the Gulf and USA regions via Zoom or Google Meet Negotiate and close sales contracts Present sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in web and marketing agencies - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads - Excellent knowledge of: - Digital Platforms: - WordPress - WooCommerce - Shopify - Digital Marketing: - SEO - META Ads - Google Ads - Social Media Management - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively in virtual meetings and build rapport with international clients - Self-motivated and target-driven - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks What We Offer: - Competitive commission structure in Dirhams - Flexible working hours and remote work arrangement - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company - No salary, commission-only structure About MagicoSoft: MagicoSoft FZ-LLC is a company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
