Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for raw materials and packaging components to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing. Maintain uninterrupted material availability in alignment with production schedules and inventory targets. Oversee production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address potential issues. Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality concerns. Assist R&D teams during trials and support the successful launch of new products, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards, including FSSAI, GMP, and ISO requirements. Candidate Requirements: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector; experience in food or personal care categories is preferred. Strong expertise in vendor management, sourcing, quality assurance, and product development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
