The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the plywood market, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and market surveys Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, carpenters, and interior contractors Promote plywood, laminates, MDF, block boards, and allied products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product demonstrations and sampling at dealer sites Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer demand Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with customers Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and MIS Coordinate with the internal team for dispatch, order processing, and stock availability
Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS) Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) Assist in audits and provide required documentation Monitor expenses and ensure cost control Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
