Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The individual will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing accounts to achieve business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, creating strategies to achieve sales targets, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to meet client requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies Strong skills in Business and Account Management Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in business development or a related role is an advantage
