Very good service, staff is rude sometimes but the service has improved very much from 1 year. The thing which is constant is many a times during the power cut they don't pich the call or they just keep the receiver aside so that it shows line is busy.

I tried to know my bill , but no help , can visit for any corrections or payment of dues

Not a good visit there is too much rush or not take any action on time their officers do delay in each n everything

Electricity service in up is now a days very much improved thanks to electricity department
