On the business development side, the manager will identify new project opportunities, build relationships with brokers, architects, developers, and potential clients, and support end-to-end lead management. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to handle the complete accounting and financial operations of our construction company based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for project-wise accounting, vendor management, taxation, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting activities including ledger, cash book, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise cost analysis. Handle construction-specific accounting such as BOQ-wise costing, subcontractor bills, labour expenses, and material reconciliation. Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, maintain payment schedules, and conduct ageing analysis. Oversee GST, TDS, tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance. Manage cash flow, banking operations, fund requirements, and coordination for OD/CC limits. Prepare monthly payroll, contractor payments, and coordinate with auditors. Provide timely financial insights and cost variance reports to management. Skills & Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in construction or real estate. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, project costing, and Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong financial discipline and understanding of construction project accounting.
The Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, architectural layouts, structural details, and interior plans required for residential construction projects. The role involves creating CAD drawings based on design concepts provided by architects, engineers, and the project team, ensuring all plans are detailed, precise, and compliant with building standards. Key responsibilities include preparing floor plans, working drawings, door–window schedules, electrical and plumbing layouts, and sectional/elevation details. The Draughtsman must update drawings as per site revisions, coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification, and ensure timely release of drawings for execution. They will also maintain drawing records, prepare 3D views when required, and support tender/BOQ drafting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, basic architectural principles, civil detailing, and interior layout planning. Understanding of Noida Authority bye-laws and construction standards is an added advantage. Good communication, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential. This role reports to the Architect/Project Manager and plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth construction execution by delivering high-quality drawings that match site requirements and client expectations.
