Machining & Toolroom Engineer

As a Machining and Toolroom operator at our company, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to ensure smooth production processes. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Operating Vertical Turret Milling Machines, Geared Conventional Lathes, Surface Grinding (Vertical & Horizontal), and Radial Drilling Machines for Conventional Milling Operator position - Operating Surface Grinding (Vertical & Horizontal), Radial Drilling, Tapping, Tool & Cutter Grinding, Pedestal and Drill Bit Grinding Machines for Surface Grinding Operator position - Operating CNC Milling Machines (3-Axis & 5-Axis) for VMC Operator position - Operating Wire EDM (WEDM) and Spark EDM (SEDM) Machines for WEDM & SEDM Operator position - CAM programming for 3/5 Axis CNC Vertical Machines for CAM Programmer position - Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for Inspection Shift Leader position Qualifications required for these positions include: - For Conventional Milling Operator, Surface Grinding Operator, and VMC Operator positions, a minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required - For WEDM & SEDM Operator position, a minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required - For CAM Programmer position, a BE with 4 years or Diploma with 7 years of CAM programming experience is required, along with familiarity with Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc controls - For Inspection Shift Leader position, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience is required Join our team and be a part of our dynamic work environment in Hosur.
