We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Listing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role involves managing machine listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze performance of listings for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities ● List machines on our company website, Craigslist, Google My Business (GMB), and other online portals. ● Verify accuracy and completeness of listings across platforms. ● Conduct research to identify new locations/portals for machine listings. ● Maintain consistency in branding and product presentation for our company. ● Generate daily/weekly reports on the number of listings completed. Skill ● 1–2 years of experience in data entry, online listings preferable from an ecommerce company. ● Strong accuracy and speed in data entry. ● Basic data analysis skills to evaluate listing effectiveness. ● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. ● Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Key Performance Indicators ● Number of listings completed per day/week. ● Accuracy and verification rate of listings. ● Improvement in machine visibility across platforms.
