Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding or hands-on experience with pipe bending machines, robotic welding machines, and laser cutting machines. The position is open to candidates with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience, and we are ready to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Educational Requirement: Any Graduate (Technical background preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in operating pipe bending machines, robotic welding machines, or laser cutting machines. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machine operations, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with machine calibration is a plus. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision, ensuring that products meet high standards. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve minor issues with equipment and processes. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods, as required by the job. Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
