Job Description

Set-up & operate Gear Hobbing / Shaping / Gear Shaving or Gear Grinding Machines to produce different gears of various specs.
Understand the drgs, specs to Measure & inspect gear parameters, Read gear tester reports, arrange right tooling & fixtures

Required Candidate profile

Should have capability to set up machines to produce gears as per drawing & ability to calculate index change gears & differential change gears. Worked on machines like LIEBHERR, REISHAUER, HURTH etc
